On Saturday, June 22nd, you're invited to visit our area's newest and oldest community gardens!

Fifteen community gardens in Huntsville and Madison will open their “doors” to the public – visit one, or visit them all!

Learn about growing your own food, how community gardens work, and how you can join one or start your own!

    These events are hosted by the North Alabama Food Policy Council Steering Committee as part of an effort to launch a future Food Policy Council in North Alabama. We plan to offer workshops, panels and site visits on topics ranging from community gardens to Farm to School programs. We would welcome your contributions to this important work.
